Lived here for a few years now. Love the property and the staff. Never had any problems with maintenance, they always resolve issues in a timely manner.

I can't express how much we appreciate the staff here!! The entire team is amazing and professional. We had a series of unfortunate events with stuff breaking shortly after moving in. Most of which were out of anyone's control. Management and maintenance were incredible! Things got fixed almost immediately!! When I contacted corporate about the unit problems, they had Management reach out to me IMMEDIATELY!! When I explained why I thought something was unfair, they didn't argue. Instead proceeded to agree with me and come to a fair agreement. The whole team has been incredible! Maintenance saw a shortcut on a old repair and fixed it the right way! Corporate, please contact me i want to give much deserved recognition. Also a thanks to you for helping.

Maintenance is fast, polite and they did a good job fixing things in our apartment! Jacob & Eric are great!

I am a new tenet so things come up and Jacob and Eric in maintenance have been great and very responsive. And very respectful every time they have come. The issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to live somewhere that they do care and take care of issues

We just moved in 2 weeks ago and have an older unit with a few minor but significant issues, one being the garbage disposal still having constant issues after being fixed (more like slapping a band aide on it) it started leaking pretty bad, my husband got a hold of Maintenance this morning, Jacob and Eric were here within an hour to put a brand new one in and replaced the old wood under the kitchen sink and fixed a few smaller issues while they were here. They were very professional, friendly, clean and informative. They both talked about how much they love their job at Hunters Woods. Honestly the best maintenance team I’ve ever worked with
