Maintenance
Our bathroom fan was broken and making a terrible noise. Eric came and replaced it with a new fan that is whisper quiet. He was very friendly and professional and did the job in a short time. He left everything clean and looking good. We give Eric five stars! Thank you Eric. Thanks also Kat the property manager for her help with this. She is the best!

Maintenance
We had a fan in our bathroom that had broken down and was making a terrible noise. Eric came and replaced it with a new one that had to be refitted. The new fan is whisper quiet. He was very professional and friendly. We give him five stars for his great work. He came over when he said he would. Thanks Eric. Kat from the office was great to get this work done by Eric also.

I really love living here. The maintenance is very on top of everything and the managers are very communicative. I have bad experiences with apartments before and am so glad to have landed in a place like this!!

I have rented from this company off and on for the past 10 years or so !! Have never had a bad experience!!! I am at hunters woods now and want to say your manager Madison is by far the best manager i have worked with !!! She is the best and your lucky to have her there!! If your looking for a place i recommend talking with her !!!

Eric was absolutely great ! Friendly and did a wonderful job!!! Left the place clean and explained everything he did . Love this place because of maintenance like Eric .

Maintenance has been great to work with. While our apartment is older and has some preexisting issues, Eric and Jake make sure to fix things completely. It looks like previous maintenance did not fully do the job and cut corners, Jake and Eric make sure everything is up to the renters standards. Property management and maintenance have been respectful of us as tenants, of our space, our pets and our time.

I am sooo impressed with the maintenance department here at this complex. And I'd like to give a special shout out to Eric. I called the emergency line today and Eric came right out in less than 30 min after I called to fix my plugged disposal in my kitchen, drain the water from my dishwasher and lhe was able to ight my pilot light for my heater. It's kinda cold these days. Brrr. So...my Black Friday hero today is Eric. All of my maintenance issues were fixed quickly and professionally. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Great service, the maintenence guy Eric came to fix one thing ended up fixing three problems we were having without us having to ask!
